San Gabriel Glow

This painting is of a mountain range I can see from my backyard.  The San Gabriel Mountains. My son use to call the mountain peak in the middle Mountain Baldy which I thought was so cute since is has always been known to the locals as Mt. Baldy.   They are always so beautiful but lately they have been even more spectacular with the late afternoon sun making them seem to glow.
